Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all DUVAL tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and unwashed.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection.
